Why 97% online marketers go nowhere

So you just signed up for your own business with Ardyss, Mary Kay, Melaleuca, Mona Vie, Numis or one of the countless other marketing companies out today. You are excited about your opportunity and are going through your list of 50 – 100 people, calling, emailing, and throwing home parties. How to start your first online business

So you have decided that you are tired of the 9-5 job or worrying about being laid off or you want to spend time with your kids? Whatever your reason, you can make legitimate money by having your own online business. Before you make a hasty “yes” or “no” decision, there are a few things to look at with an open mind.

1) Look at Company Product or Service
- When you are looking into the opportunity, try to find something that interests you. This will help keep you motivated which is key to promoting you business.
- Also, how big is the market? Are there other opportunities or competition out there selling the same product?

2) Company Credibility
- Is the company credible? How long has the company been around? Is it publically traded? Has it been referenced in any notable magazines?

3) Commission / Residual
- Look at the commission structure. Some companies have better commissions than others. Also make sure that you will be able to make Residual income or recurring income from one sale. This is key if you want not only to work from home, but to bring in full time money with part time work hours.

4) Your Up line
- Up line is the person who introduces you to the opportunity. This should be someone that is there for you and will support and teach you how to become successful. Do not fall for the hype of how much money they make. The true question is how they can show YOU how to make money. Also, ask many questions, insure they will not tell you only to market to friends and family but see that they can show you other ways to market.

5) System
- Having a system or plan to success is vital!!! There are many tools out there to help you market yourself and your business online. Do not be intimidated by the internet!!!! ANYONE can use it and be successful; no matter what company or product you are marketing with the write TOOLS.

Losing my job was the best thing that happened to me

May 2009, I became one of the ever growing millions to lose my job. I worked in a small Drs Office and was doing what I love, helping people. Deep down, I still wasn’t getting full satisfaction of helping people. Sure, I was helping them medically but when it boils down to it, I was just helping them take another pill, eye drop or do another test. Slowly, I started feeling inadequate about how much I was actually helping the patients. I wanted more. Not necessarily more money, but I wanted to help people have a better outlook and quality of life. My saying is: “Peace of mind is priceless, no matter how bad you situation seems.”

I soon after was diagnosed with anxiety disorder and suffered from severe panic attacks at night. Many times, my private care physician attempted to push pills down my throat that didn’t fix my problem but only covered them up. Shortly after, I lost my job. Believe it or not, I was actually happy.

How could I possibly be happy I lost my job? I knew there was something better for me. I knew I would find a way to touch peoples lives the way I wanted to. Whether physical, financial or spiritual, I now had multiple ways of helping improve them. I knew if I could help others find happiness, I would be truly happy myself.

By losing my job, it allowed me to follow my true passion. It wasn’t easy but IT IS POSSIBLE. I learned that your financial situation, or other things that surround you do not control your happiness. True happiness and success comes from within first. I was the “poorest” I had ever been in my life, but I was happy. I found the good in every bad situation, learned from it and was determined for it to make me stronger.

My husband and I since then have learned, never give up. Now, I am a successful stay at home wife and soon to be mom. My husband goes to work with a positive attitude because he knows we have our “Plan B” and being laid of is no longer a concern. We hare OUR OWN source of income.

We are all 3 feet from gold

In the true story "Three Feet From Gold," a man traveled to find gold during the big gold rush with only a pick and determination. Some time went by and he found a gold ore. Quietly, he went home, told his family and friends who all chipped in to get equipment to dig the ore out. After a couple of ores were dug, there was enough to start paying off debt. Shortly after, the gold ore disappeared. Discouraged, the man sold his digging equipment to a "junk man" for a few hundred dollars. The "Junk Man" used his resources to ask an engineer about the spot in which the previous man was digging. He was then told that the gold mine was just THREE FEET FURTHER than the man stopped. Because the "junk man" used his resources, he found millions of dollars in fortune.

LESSON: WE ARE ALL THREE FEET FROM GOLD.
If only the man kept digging past his hardship, success would have been waiting just around the corner.

My personal experience of finding my gold.... I was hindered by a medical condition to the point that I lost my job and almost my self confidence. I kept digging for answers, never taking the easy way out. I went from a medical office assistant, full of vigor to a victim of failing health that eventually was the cause of loss of employment. Through the struggle of finding medical answers and also how to help stay supportive of my loving husband and fighting not to loose everything, I found the answer. Keep pushing, don't give up and most important, and BE HUMBLE. Be smart enough to use resources, and ask for help. Make it a rule to keep growing AND open to new knowledge. Being educated does not make you weak but powerful beyond belief.

Fast Forward: Today, I am the happiest I have ever been. I am now a successful stay at home wife (soon to be mom) with the help of our home business, and I still am able to help people change their lives in many different aspects, both physical and monetary fitness.

Toxic House, Toxic Health - Article 1

FACT: “….pollutant levels indoors, where 90% of time is spent, may be 2-5 times higher than outdoors.” (U.S. Enviornmental Protection Agency)

Most of us want our homes to be clean and free of harmful germs, but did you know that the chemicals used to kill those germs could do more harm than good? Ever taken to time to flip over that bottle of cleaner before you use it? Go ahead, go grab that bottle of Dawn dish detergent or the ever classic bleach. Many or our common household cleaners have toxic chemicals and bleach agents that are used at pesticides. To be honest, I love the smell of freshly bleached whites but think of it this way, if a chemical kills a plant, what is it doing to your precious body.


Those toxins weaken and destroy your vital body systems: cardiovascular, nervous, endocrine, respiratory, reproductive and immune (all systems that contribute to weight loss and muscle building). With this in mind, don’t you think this could slow down your body reaching its full health potiental? From something as “minor” as asthma, allergies and sinus problems, to more fatal diseases like cancer, prevention is much more helpful than treatment that may come too late.

Worried about getting swine flu? Would you rather have a strong immune system or tear your body down by cleaning the house with toxins that break down your God-given ability to fight germs? Im not saying to live filthy, but be aware of the products you are using in your home. The earth was designed to provide everything we need from food to cleaning products.

Have an open mind towards cleaning products in your home and it may be the best decision you made, for yourself and your family. Why not make it a goal to remove the toxic cleaners from your house and give your body the best chance to work at its full potiental. Ask yourself, “If I have to wear gloves to use it, is it safe for my health?”
