Are Prescriptions always the first and only answer to health problems?

What do you think? I have had a personal experience myself. I suffer from anxiety disorder and panic attacks. For those who have heard of it, you know how it can literally make you feel like you are going to die. For those who haven't heard of it, let's just say I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

It seems like the Doctors easy answer to life's problems are anti-depressants. True, at times, this may be needed, but should it be the first choice?

I am here to tell you that Doctors aren't always right. I was told by my primary care physician that the only thing that could help me was anti-depressants and counseling. That was a devastating blow for me to hear as a 22 year old wife. It was like I would be a slave to that pill. With a lot of research, trail and error, and a good Maximized Living chiropractor, I was able to beat these terrible attacks. Instead of covering up the problem with a pill, my challenge was to find what was missing and add supplements needed. In my case, it was a simple vitamin B complex. That along with a few other inexpensive supplements have been priceless for me. What do you think?
